Fitness Classes:

BoxFit – A boxing and fitness fusion incorporating intense bagwork and padwork intervals alone and in pairs, combine with bodyweight exercises and the use of light weights for maximum weight loss, fat burn and muscular tone. Will see massive increases in cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance.
£5 an hour per person, per class.
Monday + Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

Women’s Boxing – A boxing based class including bagwork, padwork and various leg, bum and tummy exercises tailored to the toning and defining of trouble areas for women. Excellent for kick starting a regular training programme, losing weight, burning fat and developing more lean muscle tone and definition.
£5 an hour per person, per class.
Monday + Wednesday 9:30-10:30am

Men’s Boxing – A boxing based session revolving around timed rounds of bag work, pad work, sparring, and technical drills. Here you will learn offensive and defensive boxing skills as well as0increasing cardiovascular fitness, burning fat and improving self-confidence.
£10 per week covering both classes (whether you train one evening or two).
Tuesday + Thursday 5:30/6:00-7:00pm

Kid’s Boxing – A class orientated around teaching children basic boxing skills including offensive and defensive abilities, and applying them in a controlled environment. Great for teaching children self-discipline, developing basic fitness and general enjoyment. Class is available for 5-10 year olds.
£5 per child, per class.
Monday + Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm

Circuits – An exercise session following set pattern of exercise for allotted time intervals. Very intense session including bodyweight exercises, the use of kettle bells, medicine balls and dumbbells. Will improve all aspects of fitness including muscular tone and definition, strength and endurance as well as cardiovascular fitness.
£10 per week covering both weekday classes (whether you train one morning or two) or £7 per person, per session.
Tuesday + Thursday 9:30-10:30am

Pad Work – A session of pad work working on punching technique, combinations and working on some volume work (clusters of punches). Great for those who attend other classes or wish to improving their boxing offence and defence skills.
£10 per week covering both weekday classes (whether you train one morning or two) or £7 per person, per session.
Monday + Friday 10:30am-11:30pm

Teen Boxing – Boxing training in the form of bag work, pad work and controlled sparring where the teens learn self-defence, restraint, boxing skills and defensive skills. Great for fitness, self confidence and an opportunity to learn a new skill.
£10 per week covering both weekday classes (whether you train one morning or two) or £7 per person, per session.
Tuesday + Thursday 3:30-4:30pm

Personal Training/Boxing Lessons:

Available slots are posted on my Facebook page on a first come first served basis (name – Matt Goddard). Sessions will be tailored to whatever your goals and aims are and progression and development will be monitored on a regular basis so your sessions are always challenging and enjoyable.
£30 per hour. Group Sessions are available. 1-2 people is priced at £30 an hour, and it is then £15 per hour for each person beyond that (3+). 

I am available for Personal Training or Boxing Lessons in Odiham, Hampshire from Monday-Thursday and at Aquadrome Gym, Basingstoke on Friday and Saturday.
